The success of our program is reflected in our previous batches. The 3rd 40-Hour Mediation Training held from July 7-11, 2025, saw the successful participation of 12 individuals from diverse professional backgrounds. The course was inaugurated by distinguished guests, including Sh. Santhanakrishnan, President of NIVAARAN, and Sh. M. Nageshwara Rao, Editor of Eenadu Telugu Daily

AAMC celebrated its fourth anniversary on 09th April 2025. On this occasion, Andhra Jyothi, a Telugu daily, has published a special interview with our president, G. Jyothi Rao. Eenadu Telugu daily has also published a news item stating that AAMC has been able to reach out to about 400 disputants. The disputes handled by AAMC include family disputes, matrimonial disputes, property disputes, consumer disputes, inheritance, and child custody. Over the four years, Amika Arbitration and Mediation Council (AAMC) has emerged as a renowned mediation service provider and arbitration service provider in Telugu states.

Amika Arbitration and Mediation Council(AAMC) is becoming a one-stop shop for Alternative Dispute Resolution, offering Institutional Mediation Services, Institutional Arbitration Services, Training in Mediation, Training in Arbitration, and Arbitration advocacy.

The second 40-Hour Mediation Course at AAMC successfully concluded on 22 February 2025. Thirteen participants-the senior bureaucrats, lawyers, advocates, and scientists have actively participated in the training course and obtained certificates of completion of the training course.

AAMC has successfully inaugurated its second 40-hour mediation training course here on Tuesday. Mr. M. Nageshwara Rao, the Editor of Eenadu Newspaper has graced the occasion as the chief guest. Mr. AJ Jawad, Gandha Sahu, Tanu Mehta, and Ekta Behl will be the resource persons for the training course.

40- HOUR MEDIATION TRAINING AT AMIKA

Amika Arbitration & Mediation Council(AAMC) announces its second 40-hour Mediation Training Course.

Scheduled to be held from 18-22 February 2025 in their Training Center, at 402 & 403, Ace Krishna Arcade, Vanasthalipuram Road, Hyderabad-500070. The training course strictly follows the MCPC, Supreme Court of India Training Manual of India for Mediation.

AAMC successfully conducted a 40-hour Mediation Training from 06-11 January 2024.

AAMC has successfully conducted a 40-hour professional Mediation training strictly following the training manual developed for mediation training in India by the MCPC Supreme Court of India. 12 participants from different walks of life actively took part in this offline programme and excelled in their group work, and role plays. All the successful participants have been awarded certificates of participation, We plan the next programme in March/April 2024. Interested are requested to contact us immediately. There are only 14 seats available.

The programe runs every day from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm tea, refreshments, and lunch are served during the training.

President of Amika Smt G Jyothi Rao and Dr P Madhava Rao the General Secretary attended a consultation on Mediation Bill 2021 on 29 March 2023. This bill is now the Mediation Act, 2023.

AAMC Registrar, Dr P Madhava Rao explains the Mediation Act, 2023 to the Law Students of ICFAI University.

Mr. Rohit Reddy from the Amity University Noida, and Ms. Sanjana Duggineni from the Mahindra University, Hyderabad have attended a 30 day summer internship at AAMC and wrote an article on ADR systems in the South India Times on 25 June 2024.
