G. Jyothi Rao is an advocate in India who has been practicing in Indian courts for nearly three decades.
She has been practicing as an advocate since 1991 (33 years) in various courts across the country, including the Delhi High Court, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and courts in Telangana, India. She is the first member on the Bench of District Lok Adalat, Ranga Reddy District.
She was appointed as an Amicus Curie in a number of criminal cases in Delhi by the Delhi courts, where she assisted the courts in reaching a logical conclusion in a number of typical criminal cases that were otherwise extremely complex. Her method of analysing cases resulted in the conviction of numerous criminals.
She was appointed as a Legal Aid Counsel by the Delhi Government Legal Aid Services Authority to aid the needy and indigent. She specialises in criminal cases involving rape, domestic violence, and dowry. She has been the most sought-after advocate in Delhi Courts whenever a dispute between a husband and wife has arisen, as well as rape and kidnapping of girls.

While working as a Legal Aid counsel, she had successfully mediated and settled the disputes, avoiding lengthy proceedings. She had made jail/prison visits to assist undertrials on the spot in legal matters and get them to court on time.
Jyothi Rao is also a Notary Public appointed by the Government of India since May 2011. She is a trained and certified mediator.
Jyothi Rao has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from SV University (1990), a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University (1985), and a Master’s degree in Telugu Literature from Osmania University (1987). She holds a certificate in computer applications from the Computer Maintenance Corporation of India. She excels in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
She has visited many countries like: Belgium, Bhutan, Dubai, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Jordan, Luxemburg, Malawi, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, Uzbekistan, and Zambia.

Dr. P. Madhava Rao, currently the registrar of Amika Arbitration & Mediation Council (AAMC), is a seasoned and well-trained arbitrator with over three decades of experience in quasi-judicial functions and arbitrations. Dr. Rao had been a Senior PF Commissioner in charge of the Maharashtra and Goa offices of EPFO and handled high-value PF dues assessment of a number of very big corporate houses as a quasi-judicial authority.
He is an arbitrator empanelled by the India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC), Government of India, New Delhi, National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), and National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX). He has handled high-value arbitrations assigned by these exchanges both as a sole arbitrator and as the principal arbitrator.
In AAMC, Dr. Rao has handled many high-value private arbitrations.
Dr. P. Madhava Rao is a senior international expert specialising in governance, state building, access to justice, and the rule of law. Worked at a diplomatic level in the United Nations Development Programme, the USAID programs, and the Government of India, and also in a public sector bank as a planning manager.
He led the National Academy for Training and Research in Social Security, Ministry of Labour, Government of India, for six years, designing and delivering many training courses in quasi-judicial procedures, writing speaking orders, and mediating between employers and employees.
Academically, Dr. Rao is a trained, certified, and accredited arbitrator and mediator. He has a PhD in Development Studies (2003) from CESS, Hyderabad, a Master’s in Public Administration (1985) from Osmania University (studied Ombudsman systems), a Master’s in Sociology (1980) from Osmania University (studied alternative dispute resolution systems in traditional societies), an LL.B. in Administrative Law (1987) from Jammu University, a diploma in HR Management (studied conciliation, arbitration, and personnel management-related dispute resolution systems), and doctoral certificates in social protection from Maastricht University (2002), in addition to a certificate in advanced negotiation skills from Harvard University (2006).
Rao has travelled across the globe to work in conflict and post-conflict environments in Asia, Africa, Europe, Eastern Europe, South-East Asia, West Asia, and North America.

Dr. Rao has trained many judicial and quasi-judicial officers in writing speaking orders and appreciating and interpreting evidence.
