1. AMIKA ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION COUNCIL (AAMC) provides Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, specifically arbitration and mediation, to resolve business, matrimonial, familial, property, child custody, and other civil disputes. Disputes involving trade, business, commerce, property, matrimony, family, domestic violence, and any other matter for which an out-of-court resolution is legally permissible may be referred to AAMC.  AAMC provides pre-litigation and pre-institutional mediation for commercial disputes in compliance with the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act of 2015.
  2. AAMC is an Arbitrator Appointing Authority in accordance with the AAMC’s Arbitration and Mediation Rules, 2021, which are based on UNCITRAL arbitration rules and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
